Using Your Own Coffee With Your K-Cup Brewer

Even with over 200 varieties of K-Cups available, there are still many varieties of coffee that are not available as K-Cups. But that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy your favorite brew with your Keurig one cup coffee maker. A number of reusable filters allow you to turn any variety of coffee into a K-Cup for your brewer.

[easyazon-block align=”left” asin=”B000DLB2FI” locale=”us”]Keurig makes its own filter called the My K-Cup filter. Many Keurig brewers come with one included, but if yours didn’t, you can purchase it here. Other alternatives include the ekobrew Cup and the EZ-cup.

Not only do these filters allow you to use any kind of coffee (or even tea) you want, but they save you money as well, since you can buy regular packages more cheaply than K-cups. And since they can be reused, they produce less waste than disposable K-Cups, making them friendlier to the environment.

All of these are good reasons to invest in a reusable coffee filter for your one cup coffee maker.
